Our Story
Pickleball.dog was founded by Dat Nguyen (Nguyễn Thành Đạt) — a pickleball player based in Atlanta, GA who fell in love with the sport in 2024. After struggling to find apparel that truly captured the humor, energy, and culture of pickleball, Dat decided to create his own.
Every design at Pickleball.dog is original — created in-house to make fellow players smile, start conversations, and represent the game we all love. From "Dink Responsibly" to "Kitchen Queen," each design is a love letter to the pickleball community.
How We Make Our Products
We operate on a Print-on-Demand (POD) model, which means every item is custom-printed just for you the moment you place an order. Our printing is handled by vetted, US-based printing partners using premium blanks from brands like Bella+Canvas, Next Level, Comfort Colors, and Gildan.
This model allows us to offer a wide variety of designs without waste — nothing is printed until you order it. Each item typically takes 2–5 business days to produce, followed by 5–10 business days for shipping within the US.
Our Printing Technology
We primarily use Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing — an industry-leading technology that prints designs directly onto the fabric using water-based inks. The result is a vibrant, soft-to-the-touch print that won't crack, peel, or fade after washing. For performance fabrics, we use sublimation printing for an even more durable finish.
