All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD). If you are paying with a card issued in another currency, your bank may apply a currency conversion fee. Please contact your card issuer for more details.
Payment Security
Your payment security is our top priority. All transactions on Pickleball.dog are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption, ensuring that your personal and financial information is transmitted securely.
We do not store your full credit card number, CVV/CVC, or expiration date on our servers. Payment information is processed directly through our secure payment gateway and is never accessible to our staff.
When You Are Charged
Your payment method is charged at the time your order is placed. As Pickleball.dog operates on a Print-on-Demand (POD) model, your item is custom-printed after your order is confirmed. Please note that once payment is processed and production has begun, the order cannot be modified.
Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are listed in US Dollars (USD) and do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees. Shipping costs and any applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. There are no hidden fees — the total you see at checkout is the total you pay.
Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment is declined, please verify the following:
- Your card number, expiration date, and CVV/CVC are entered correctly
- Your billing address matches the address on file with your card issuer
- Your card has sufficient funds or credit available
- Your card issuer has not blocked online or international transactions

Refunds
